At My Perfume Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the perfume in its original designer box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
